Training Programs

We have three tiers of programs available to ensure that you’re successful in your mission – the Beginner to Intermediate WarriorU Training Program [WTP], the Intermediate to Advanced WTP and our comprehensive Military Preparation program.

Physical Fitness is just the beginning. Our Military Preparation program takes a holistic approach to your preparation by focusing on the skills you need to successfully apply for the Australian Defence Force and exceed in basic and initial employment training.

There are no lock-in contracts, so you can cancel your membership at any time.

Beginner to Intermediate WarriorU Training Program [WTP]

  • Would you like to lose weight, increase your all-round strength and improve your health?
  • Just starting out? Or you have a reasonable level of fitness? Then this is the program for you to help you reach your fitness and health goals.
  • A self-paced program that increases the levels of difficulty only when YOU are ready
  • No special equipment needed, the program focuses on body weight and cardio workouts
  • Can be completed in the comfort of your own home
The recommended program is 12 weeks, however, everyone is different and you have the option of taking extra time to complete the program depending on your individual circumstances. At the successful completion of the program, you will feel fitter and healthier and be prepared to take on the Advanced program!
Intermediate and Advanced WarriorU Training Program [WTP]

  • Consider yourself a fit and healthy person and/or you have successfully completed the WTP for Beginners to Intermediate?
  • Would you like to go to the ‘next step’ in your fitness and health?
  • You are looking for the next challenge to assist you to reach your all-round fitness and body strength goals?
Then the Intermediate to Advanced WTP is for you. A self-paced program that:
  • Increases the levels of difficulty only when YOU are ready
  • No special equipment is needed as the program focuses on body weight and cardio workouts
  • Complete training in the comfort of your own home
The recommended program is 12 weeks, however, everyone is different and you have the option of taking extra time to complete the program depending on your individual circumstances. After 12 weeks, you will be given access to the ‘ULTIMATE CHALLENGE’ – a series of strength and aerobic activities to be completed in a specified time period! You will not only be competing against yourself, but you will also be given access to the achievements of those that have gone before you! Be brave, be bold, be a Warrior!
Military Preparation Program

The WarriorU Military Preparation program takes a holistic approach to your preparation by focusing on the skills needed to successfully apply for the Australian Defence Force and exceed in basic and initial employment training.

  • Strength Chart and exercise movement videos.

The recommended program is 32 weeks, however, everyone is different and you have the option of taking extra time to complete the program depending on your individual circumstances. At the completion of the course you will be fitter, faster, smarter and mentally prepared for the shock of training.
