    If you are looking to build upper body strength give this accessory workout a go:

    3 giant sets, i.e. no rest through the set of:

    Max strict pull-ups
    Max body weight bench press
    rest three minutes

    repeat for three rounds. Scale body weight bench press if you are unable to do at least 3-5 reps during your first giant set

    Works a treat. let us know how you go.
