    10 reps down to 1

    Deadlift
    Cleans to shoulder
    Front squat
    Shoulder press (or thruster for the extra leg workout)
    Back Squat
    Bent over row

    You can increase the weight as you get fitter or alternatively, start with a 35 sec break between sets and cut 5 secs of each one
